Many Zondas that are currently in the United States are on what's called a "show and display" license. The U.S. government has a specific list of cars that are allowed to be imported and only be used in shows and not on the road. However, this is currently the only Zonda F in the world that is street legal in the United States. If I remember correctly, the owner sent the car back to Pagani to have it modified so it could pass emissions, thus allowing it to be used on the road.
