According to WI DMV site, "Collector special license plates are available to any Wisconsin motorist who has one or more vehicles registered with Collector plates. They may be issued to a vehicle of any age used for general transportation. The applicant for Collector special plates must be an owner or lessee of the vehicle." Very interesting! So basically you can have a cool old car with collector plates and then put this kind on your other car

It is very interesting! When I first saw it I was confused then I looked up the same info you have looked up and I thought it was pretty cool. I wish I would have got a pic of what he was hauling in the trailer though y'all would have loved it.

I saw what it was but not totally sure if had plates on it but I see why this guy has collector plates.
