Yes, for some reason it gives you an error when you try and upload a three digit combination plate. I requested for it to get changed by a moderator

I spotted the SC plate "8". It returns an error because there were probably multiple cars registered on the plate. It was one of the courthouse plates, too. This is why SC started a new system for those plates. For example, "7A" is now "7AR8".
