Hey! I know we both have a pretty similar taste in cars of interest which is pretty broad, so I wanted to ask if there's a specific type/types of vehicle that you are going after now, perhaps, some kind of regular cars? Maybe I can pay more attention and help a little bit in spotting that as well?

I pretty much shoot anything that's not something you see every single day, so exotics, classics, stuff from the 80's and 90's, pretty broad like you said. If and when I finally catch up on editing and posting (currently posting stuff from September 2020), I think I would like to start shooting everything and working toward the site's mission of having a database of every license plate. For now, though, I have to keep it limited so I can catch up lol.
edkirmd What are you guys using to shoot pics? I like the quality of both of your photos.
I use a Canon 70D, but I don't think I've gotten to that point in posting yet. So the ones you've seen have all been taken by my old Canon T3 (with the occasional phone pic mixed in).

Thanks. Funny enough, I too used to shoot on a slightly older Canon T2i, until it broke, so after that I had a backup Canon dslr camera which I have been using ever since.

Mine didn't break, but I was talked into buying a new camera by several other people even though I probably didn't need it lol. I still have my old one as a backup.
Don't mind me, just here to join the Canon fan club. I use a 70D and an iPhone 12 Pro for shooting cars and edit the photos in Lightroom. Only reason I have a 70D is because my 60D's shutter blade came out and I have yet to get it properly fixed.

I use the free version of a program called PhotoScape to edit. I'm too cheap to spend money on editing software, but from what I've seen it seems like PhotoScape comes pretty close to having almost all the features Lightroom has.
Oh, I have a request from myself, I guess. I still have a soft spot for Mercedes R-class; and any cars from two now defunct brands, SAAB and Suzuki. Thank you !
