Yes, the Lane Motor Museum has some sort of agreement where they can plate and register foreign vehicles (even if they are less than 25 years old) for educational purposes. They were touring this one around the northeast for some car shows and I guess someone decided that a crappy, low turnout Vermont show was a good place to bring it. I specifically don't go to these shows because of the lack of anything interesting ever showing up, so I didn't go this day lol
