Based on the fact that Nissan could barely move 370Zs off the lot after a year or two, it's pretty dumb to pay over about $15k sticker when I bet in a couple years these will be selling for $10k less than sticker

Valid point. However, the 370z was barely an upgrade over the 350, and I think most buyers saw through that. I think with Nissan not producing a Z car in 10+ yrs and this segment of the market currently being under served by manufacturers (the only real affordable sports car is the Supra), they may hold better value.
