P.S. We can see regular Nebraskan plates in two formats: sequential and county-coded. Sequential plates in ABC 123 format are issued in three most populous counties: Douglas (1), Lancaster (2) and Sarpy (59). County-coded plates are still issued in the rest of Nebraska.

I love them too. Moreover, I wish we see them in every US state.
P.S. As we see, not all graphic bases used sequential format ABC 123, are available for choice; 2002 base with yellow and red gradient background and prairie landscape graphic is not available.
Sequential issues started from NAA 001.
