Additionally (for those who didn't know), Delaware vanity plates will never come back to a vehicle. This is because the sticker on the plate has a number (basically a license plate number) that the vehicle actually goes by. For example, this truck would have the plate displayed as "HUH", but the sticker on the plate could say something like "426179". Just thought this was an interesting fact, and wanted to share it.
