As far as I have seen, the parking and emission stickers on JDM vehicles that are imported to Siberia usually remain on the vehicle (both on old and new vehicles). I remember looking at the parking stickers from close-up but all I remember from them are just some random numbers with some Japanese writing underneath of them. I had no idea that they were parking stickers, I have always thought that they were some kind of inspection stickers because I would see them on almost every JDM car.
