Yup! Its actually very common in more rural areas especially for mail carriers to use their personal vehicles, which are usually RHD conversions of LHD cars, usually done very "sketchily". However, Jeep does sell RHD Wranglers and both Subaru and Saturn (maybe others too) used to sell RHD versions of USDM cars for mail service.

Oh wow! Thats really cool, I've never seen one of those before usually the mail trucks are the Grumans here
There's a handful of factory RHD Wranglers around me, as well as some JDM vehicles like CRVs, RAV4s, and even a couple Land Cruisers imported being used for mail delivery too

Man, you're lucky. Over here, they just use Jeeps, LLVs, and the Metris vans. No random imports for me
In my local area we have the metris vans everywhere now, several jeeps, several Toyota RAV4 s, a Subaru Forester believe that Is dual steering though, a RHD Odyssey which I uploaded here and a few other RHDs
