The style of plate wasn’t renewed after 2022, so if it was seen after December 31, 2022, it is an expired plate and a rarity

I definitely agree with you, Tennessee should have at least let people keep the old ones until they got new registrations
And the unbalanced format of 3-4 looks weird too. Cool to have four letters in row, but strange to see on the road, and hard to read
