Interesting, they appear to have gotten a dot separator. For whatever reason, all numeric green plates remade into reds rarely get the dot separator, although the 3 number / 3 letter variant always does.

I assume it's to distinguish between all numeric commercial and passenger, but i always felt passenger should get precedence.
