Because that’s not how it works, there are plenty of plates that people haven’t uploaded. What if someone made a trip to Nebraska and spotted every single specialty they could? Then you wouldn’t need to add a bunch of bases!

owphotography (2025-04-01 22:24:01)I can't remember who told me, but I thought that they only added stuff that people were able to contribute to, so that way it saves Homer the hassle and time of adding the plates. You're more of an expert than I am, so I will take your word for it
