The owner of the truck keeps putting the wrong stickers on that plate; the red sticker is the proper DEC 23 quarterly truck sticker, while the orange "26" sticker is a passenger car sticker. There's also other passenger stickers under the orange sticker. It is a current plate so some other plate keeps getting the quarterly stickers
