Oh what’s the difference between Collector and Hobbyist plates in WI?
Both are for vehicles 20 years old and older, but hobbyist is reserved for vehicles whose "body has been altered from the original vehicle." This definition is extremely vague, and we don't have vehicle inspections in WI, so when applying for these plates, you can pretty much pick which one you'd prefer to have.
