If my friend sent me a photo of a Mongolia, would it be MY first Mongolia? No, its my friends Mongolia - therefor not "my first mongolia".

Such an irrelevant argument, it's just a choice of words. If you want to fix it, you can just say "The first USA plate I've uploaded", which I'm pretty sure is what the uploader is trying to say.
