Not a stock format no, but I see no reason why you couldn't have this if you chose it from the DMV. I have friends in Florida with all different things on their plates!

You're right... You probably can have it in Florida... I know in Illinois, you cannot have everything. Cannot personalize with a standard issue format, example: R12 3456, and mixing of letters and numbers like 2XG is prohibited !!

Florida is really chilled. I have a car registered in FL, before it had the Antique plate it had a custom plate, but as I said, the plates on my friend's cars are seemingly very random to anyone but themselves or anyone who understands why they chose it.

It is !! Do you have a picture of your Florida car ? What kind of custom plate ? I know what you mean, I used to shake my head at some of the cryptic vanities over there !

I haven't got a really good photo of the plates on the car, in my ownership it has had 3 FL plates, first was the paper temporary, and the Shark plate was my main choice as I just liked the design. Then it became 30 years old so I put the Antique plate on, but I only have 1 photo that I took the evening before flying home in new parking garage at Downtown Disney as I forgot to get a photo before! The car has been slowly restored since it came to me in 2011 (I saved it from being destroyed), with some love and care it is stunning now!

Damn !!! You own one of these ??? Shark plate is pretty ! So is Everglades River of Grass among countless others available in Florida ! The old Antique Plates were Red on White when I lived there, the current ones look much more interesting. Restored ? Good ! Bad Ass Car !! :thumbs up:

Do you frequent Downtown Disney ? I used to live in Casselberry (Seminole County) North Side of Orlando. I've also lived in Orlando, Tampa, Brandon, and Fort Lauderdale !

Funny thing is it would have been in Orlando when you were there in 2011 too! I really want the Endless Summer plate, but I don't know the Everglades one... I must have seen it as I have driven to every part of Florida except Naples and Pensacola... I also collect plates from around the world, but the only US ones I like are the graphic ones that are wildlife or landscapes, so Florida is a great place for plates! But I only have a handful in my collection. At first I didn't like the Antique plate as it looked boring by comparison, but it soon grew on me, and I do like it now.
Restored with a twist... It has about 100 bhp more than the original car, making it much louder and faster, but all with the original engine, the parts came from the new build DeLoreans in Texas, so still official products !;)
I know Downtown Disney very well, I like to go there in the evenings sometimes, listen to the live music, get a drink, and enjoy the warm evenings. Do you know the town of Celebration? That is where I go when I am there, I have lots of friends there and I help to organise this event since 2007 every year: There is a good video on the page, also, Allen owns the blue Aventador, and his video is worth a watch too , plenty of nice plates and cars to be seen in both videos!

Small world huh ? Endless Summer is NICE ! Fairly new also... Not available when I lived there. Do a Google image search for the Everglades plate... Sorry I cannot successfully add images to comments ! Lol You probably did see it... I've been to Naples and Pensacola... And all other areas like you, except, Jacksonville and Daytona Beach... Been to DeLand and that's as close to Daytona as I've been. Cool that you collect from around the world ! That can get expensive lol ! Florida IS a great place for plates ! So is Montana and Virginia !! Have you seen theres ? That's how I felt about the Boring 2012 Texas Plates, but they soon grew on me as well ! Very nice improvements !! ;) where in Texas are these made ??? I didn't know they were made in Texas ! Cool ! I've heard about it but don't believe I've been to Downtown Disney... Yes I have heard of Celebration ! Very trendy town near Kissimmee and also Polk County if I'm not mistaken... Poinciana is also nearby, relatively new towns that sprouted up with the tourist boom. Cool that you stay there... Nice I'll check out the links !! Ok I'll check the new ones too ! :)

Endless Summer is quite new, a friend has it on his car, but I am pretty certain it won't come to me after he changes it :(
I searched for the Everglades plate, I have seen a couple, but not many on the roads. But there are so many to see, luckily I don't want them all in my collection, otherwise I would be collecting them for a lifetime I think!
Jacksonville I drove past, I spent my time in St Augustine when I drove dwon from GA, and then on down to Celebration. Daytona Beach I know very well, we use Daytona Speedway now (replaced Sebring) so I find myself there often, but I had visited before that too. April this year I landed at about 6pm in Orlando MCO, got in my rental car and drove to Celebration, got in my friend's Abarth 500 and drove to Daytona Speedway to move a Ferrari 355 race car that was left outside. So we went to the beach after - I tell you, after flying all day and being very jetlagged, walking in the sea at midnight is about the most relaxing thing out there!
DeLorean was bought in 2007 by an enthusiast who moved everything to Humble in Texas: http://www.delorean.com/ (although I am not sure about the legal standings of it).
Celebration is in Osceola county, as we have their Sheriffs in town often.

:( Sorry to hear this... Why don't you just purchase your own ? No there isn't that many Everglades plates on the road... Maybe that's why I like it so much !! Right !! There are so many Florida Plates, it would take forever to get them all !! And that I know from 2001, I imagine its worse now ! Much worse !!! Cool that you've been to Jacksonville ! St Augustine is supposed to be very nice, where did you stay in Georgia ? Wow, you use the speedway !? How is Sebring ? I've never been there either. Wow, interesting trip ! I bet it was relaxing out on the beach after all that traveling and commuting ! How long is the flight ? O ok !! I think I remember some of that about DeLorean. Humble, yes, it's near Houston and the Big Airport... Yes Celebration is Osceola County along with Kissimmee... And I imagine Celebration to still be unincorporated which is why you only see the Sheriff Cars... But then again, I saw sheriff cars where I lived and quite a bit of that was incorporated.

This is a fake plate. The font die is wrong. Its pretty funny to see a counterfeit driving around on a limo in Monaco. It was enough for me to join up on this site. lol
