Nope. At that moment I was surprised to see Uzbekistani license plate. In general, Iran is not such a rare country in Georgia. During the two weeks of my stay, I took about 100 photos of cars with Iranian license plates. Including three motorcycles, which is kind of rare. At least, there are no such photos on the forum.
