That's really interesting then. So that's basically a registered bicycle. I wonder what did they type as a VIN number in the documents? In Europe we have either powerful electric bicycles or ones with gas motor (for example Sachsonette) registered. They type the frame number in the documents. But I don't know of any country here that registers cycle rickshaws.
