Sounds nice! I suggest visiting Ngo Quyen Street in Hoan Kiem District since it's known as the capital's paradise of supercars and there are a lot of interesting and unique cars there.

On another note, I would suggest not to take photos near embassy/government offices or any places that have many police/military officers guarding. Since Hanoi is one of the most sensitive places in Vietnam, you might get arrested for that. Aside from that, everything else in Hanoi is fine. I hope you will enjoy your trip here!

We will visit Vietnam for the fourth time, the previous times we were in Nha Trang, Da Lat, Mui Ne, Ho Chi Minh City, Phu Quoc, Cam Ranh.
This time we want to visit Hanoi and Danang.

We really like Southeast Asia - Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam.
We have been to these countries several times.
After Vietnam we will plan to visit Laos, Myanmar, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia.
