You see the tiny white sticker on the doors? That's how. It says vehicle impounded for "..." reason with the name and the signature of the owner, the police officer who carry out the impoundment and the witness. Not to mention this place is an impound lot of the police.

How did you come inside? You just walked in there or something?

Well it was right next to a inspection center (trung tâm đăng kiểm) where my family's EcoSport was getting inspected. There were no boundaries or anything between the 2 places so I just walked inside of it to explore. I think there are around 1000 motorbikes there and 30+ cars.

So that would have been Inspection Center 29-25D, correct?

It's the 29-03S, located at Nam Từ Liêm District.

It has became a problem for the police too. Most of the bikes impounded there were really old so it's not worth it for the owner to spend an enormous amount of cash just to retrieve back a vehicle that worth less. So they just "gifted" the bikes to the police and they just stack up over time

Ours had the same problem; it burned down from an arson attack. It’s almost always gated.
