A quick question, but does this bike turns on its sirens at the time? Because if it is, I think I was in that crowd.

I think it was a way to control the crowd. They indeed was too restless so it's easy to understand why the police did that. There were reports of them hitting the supercars windows, blocking the traffic, ruined plant patterres around Lê Lợi Boulevard, beating each other to get influencer's merchandises,... There're a lot more reported online.
Anyways, I think we have accidentally meet each other without knowing it since I was infront of this bike when it turned on its sirens.
