Plates for motorcycles could actually be transferred, just like cars. We just couldn't spot it since there are no ways to tell the differences, unlike cars which we could tell by the new font. It has been applied since August 2023, at the same time other laws about license plates have been passed.

I do know that, it's just often times, it's a new plate on an older vehicle, not an old plate on a newer one. It's just odd.

I do have to agree though, seeing an old plate on a new vehicle does feel weird sometimes, like this Innova I spotted for example: https://platesmania.com/vn/nomer23719038
A plate that was issued back in 2010-2011 but equipped on a vehicle that doesn't exists until 2016 but still has the old font? Yea that does feel weird.

I do agree. BTW, are you back yet? 04/10 is coming up, are there any fire drills in your area?

Sorry for the late reply, I just came back from school and other classes. At the moment, I don't see anything related to fire drills at my school newsboard or that of my residential area yet. However as a precaution method, I will bring my phone to school on 4-5/10 just incase there's a fire drill or if I came across some.
