Đồng Nai began issuing 60H plates for non-truck vehicles beginning with 60H-11*. Then after exhausting the numbers, Đồng Nai jumped to 60H-19*, then back to 60H-12* after these previous numbers were also exhausted. That way, the numbers 12* to 18* were "reserved" for later issuance.

Regarding HCMC's plates, which series is currently being issued? 51N or 51M?

Thanks for the update. Here in Khánh Hòa, there's a lack of news regarding regulations on license plate issuance. I suppose things will continue as they were. May I also ask if any 50-series plates for cars have been issued so far?
