Ehh... There was that weird moment starting from August 2023 when E, F, G and H plates were randomly assigned to whatever commercial vehicle there was. I think this period ended when 2024 started.

It's still weird for Hanoi. In mid-2024, 29E plates were paused at around -08*, 29K plates were introduced (29K for commercial vehicles and 29K for trucks are different) and the latter were issued until the start of this year, stopping at 29K-13* for commercial. 29E plates were issued again around the same time, I have seen 29E-34* recently but haven't captured it yet. 29F have stopped at around 06*, and 29G at 02* at some point in 2024.
