Actually, they skipped plates again... We went from 60H-229.** to 60H-280.**; my first sight of the plate skipping is the 60H-280.85 bus. They're now filling the gaps in between (I saw a 60H-251.** the other day).

I see! In Khánh Hòa, the issuance of 79A-6xx plates has just commenced, along with 79A-7xx. My first spot was a 79A-608.76.
