Happy new gallery! My first Albanian plate, and one of 3 from the old format (all TR)!
It was a funny story to spot this plate, though I've forgotten the details. The owners whistled at me, but they were friendly! They spoke a little Hungarian, and wondered if I know which country they're from :-D
