Of cours, Rota Naval Base! One of the biggest on the continent alongside Ramstein AFB. Hence my numerous USDM & US plates spots there, by far one of the best places for foreign market and plate spotting in Andalusia and Spain

Indeed! Bahraini export plates are actually somewhat regular visitors in Rota. Sadly, the same can't be said with US servicembers in Germany..
