i was told I can upload this as a non standard base (idk how this works but anyway) because it's not technically a legal base ( was a temporary issue for front plate only) but it's de facto legal and the police don't care so I run it on my car. this is a 1988 Calgary Winter Olympics license plate that's registered to me and yes I have a regular plate on the front and I have the paperwork for it.
