Well, as a "van" it's certainly quite big, but I really like the photo.

The plate should be changed to commercial type (yellow)

I've managed to dig up some background information for the historically interested...

The truck belonged to company Arne Jessen out of Døstrup (DK) The plate is from late winter to spring 1984. For most of its career it was running cargo (including danish feta cheese) to Poland and Russia (subcontractor work for EC Trail of Padborg), but it also traveled to the middle east - hauling (among other things) low loaders with pavers and other asphalt machinery as subcontractor for famous danish company Torben Rafn.

Ford trucks were really rare, even then, but this company had not just one, but two of them, the other (slightly older) one had registration JE89692

You can see photos of both of the Fords here https://www.facebook.com/groups/204135226326784/permalink/2697650266975255/

Two of the photos shows this truck without windows, plates, grille and bumper. There's no explanatory text, but these were probably taken when the truck underwent a repaint due to the company adapting a new livery style.
