Mantap bro! This is the first Kia Stinger in the Indonesian gallery! 
As shown in this plate's parent section; this plate was previously on a facelifted fourth-generation Kia Sportage, which again, both this Stinger and that Sportage were most likely fallen victims to the shutdown of Kia Motors' previous Indonesian distributor, PT. Kia Mobil Indonesia (KMI), not long before Indonesian distribution of Kia cars were taken over by Indomobil in 2019 under the new distributor, PT. Kreta Indo Artha (KIA).
It is the one-and-only Kia Stinger registered in Indonesia. However, its backstory is different than that Sportage; it was believed this Stinger was imported here around 2019, one year after KMI's closure, as it made an appearance at the 2019 27th Gaikindo Indonesian International Auto Show in July that year, rented for show by the window tinting firm by Saint-Gobain, Solar Gard.
I could assume there were three theories, which either...
1. Possibly KMI had a small brief reincarnation around early 2019 with one last attempt by importing one Stinger to here for market testing purposes (this nameplate was new to Indonesians at that time) but failed.
2. Likely Indomobil actually imported this to here, wanting to sell this car with the new distributor (Kreta Indo Artha), but felt this car didn't fit right for the Indonesian market (possibly too expensive to sell), resulting they've scrapped the plan for this model.
3. Maybe the same as the second theory, albeit thinking that KMI imported this to here first (similar act as the first theory) before closing, then Indomobil took over for a brief time before finally scrapping that plan instead.
Assuming for the last two theories above, this Stinger was meant to be the big star of Kia's Indonesian relaunch under Kreta Indo Artha alongside a few KMI-era models except the Sportage (Picanto, Rio, Grand Sedona and K-Series Big-Up), but in the end, they instead chooses the Seltos compact crossover.
