I saw an Oldsmobile Silhouette yesterday, but it had an unsupported format, so I didn't get a pic. It wasn't this generation, tho.

Oddly, it was almost this color!

When I was a kid these things were eeverywhere in Scandinavia. Especially in Sweden. Now I haven't seen one in years.

The Pontiac version was also sold in Hungary in low numbers (it was maybe the only Pontiac officially on sale). I've also seen a few US-spec units with Chevrolet branding, but never knew it also existed as Oldsmobile!
I haven't seen any of these in Sweden either, but I caught some newer Chevy minivans which are also rare in Europe.

Almost all I have seen have been Pontiac. Which was always weird to me since it's the only non-classic Pontiac I have seen in Europe. I wonder how they were sold. At Chevrolet dealerships? Or perhaps even Opel?

Yes, the largest Opel dealer sold them at us. Chevys weren't sold either until the Daewoo rebranding.

Huh, strange they never caught on it the us but none of GMs or Fords minivans were successful especially compared with the Chrysler/Dodge/Plymouth trio, I think I remember a green Trans port (Pontiac) circa 2012 and a silver Lumina APV circa 2016 and that’s it :D

Now that Opal is no longer part of GM do you still receive GM products or did they give up a while back?

Only GM cars that are currently being sold in both Europe and USA as far as I know, are the Opel Ampera-E (Chevy Bolt), Opel Insignia (Buick Regal), plus the Isuzu D-Max (Chevy Colorado). Besides that GM has completely jumped the ship.

So Opal kept the cars that they had, Isuzu happens to have the Colorado and cars that have any of GMs brands on them are no more

I guess that's correct. From my understanding the new generation D-Max however is not going to be based on Chevy design.

Unfortunately the Ampera-e was also taken off the market 1-2 years ago, just like the Karl (Chevy Spark)

I didn't realize that. It got replaced by the Corsa E. Which I'm not that fond of, I much more prefer the design of the original Ampera-E and the Corsas sibling, e-208.
