Hi! You might remember me 
I have found an app where you can check MX plates, but I can't download it as it is not available in my country (United Kingdom) I need your help finding out what my other Mexican plates are registered to
HCA1499 Guerrero state
BEJ8803 Baja California state
MBR8859 Edomex state
UP09199 Sonora state
(Btw MBR8859 was the one that was stolen

I have the same issue for my Mexican plates - repuve says that details are updated within 48 hours of changing so I would assume that when they are de-registered, the details are lost too..?

It's the same with some English plates. Some websites to check UK registrations don't keep the records for the car when they are scrapped. Websites such as Regit keep the data but they don't for very old cars or cars that were on the road for a very short period of time or plates that are on retention. Theres a website called cardotcheck and it keeps all the records for the plate which is how I found the data for some of my Bramley plates since they most likely never left the garage. Maybe it's the same for MX plates

well Yea i downloaded also the app ChecAutoMX and got the same result as Repuve page because uses the same database, i tried with all your plates and only can see mbr8859 has stolen report
no more for the other ones gives no result
Now In some cases the license plate is unregistered or not charged correctly on database even if the car carrys it.

Great stuff guys !! BUT YET Nobody wants to talk about the rear suspension here ?
