Although I have a question, if this Charger did not appear at the revealing ceremony of the local peacekeeping forces (I don't know how to translate "Lực lượng bảo vệ an ninh, trật tự cơ sở so" correctly this is my best try) on 1/7, how and where did you find it? Apparently the hood is popped up so I guess it was at a garage?

Yes, it was at a garage. I have seen some police cars there, so it might have connections. Or it’s just for convenience.

Thank you, I have seen a lot of photos of the CSGT Chargers at some garage on the Internet, so other than some special occasions, I think the Chargers only appear at garage for maintenance.
